Accumulate Points

When making a reservation through the app, the official hotel reservation site, or by phone, you will receive a number of points for every 100 yen (including tax) of the accommodation fee at the time of reservation based on your membership rank as follows: 5 points (SILVER) or 10 points (GOLD and DIAMOND).

When making a reservation through a travel agency or online reservation site, you will receive a uniform 200 points (per room, per night) regardless of the accommodation fee.

  • The points you earn will be reflected no later than two days after the date of check-out.
  • As a member, you will receive points based the details of your stay (the room charge (including tax) at the time of reservation).
    Please see below for items that do not earn points.

・Items included in the accommodation plan, such as breakfast, parking, etc.
・Items added at the front desk during your stay, such as breakfast, parking, later check-out time, etc.

The deadline for using the points

  • ■Points expire two years after they were earned at the end of the same in which the date that they were earned falls (the date of accommodation).
    *Points earned when staying for multiple nights will be reflected in a lump sum no later than two days after the date of check-out. Please note that the expiration dates of the points depend on the day on which they were earned (the day of accommodation).
    (Example) If staying for two nights from March 31 2025, the points earned for the two nights will be reflected together no later than April 4, 2025.
    However, the points earned on March 31, 2025 will expire on March 31, 2027, and those earned April 1, 2025 will expire on April 30, 2027.
  • ■Points earned from upgrading expire at the end of the period of rank validity following the upgrade.

  • ■Birthday points (for DIAMOND members only): earned on the 1st of the month prior to the birthday month. Valid until the last day of the month following the birthday month.
