Use Points

When making a reservation through the official hotel site or app, or when paying at an automatic payment machine at the time of check-in, accumulated points can be used to offset accommodation fees at a rate of 1 yen per point, with a minimum usage of 10 points. *Does not apply to hotels outside of Japan

When making a reservation at a Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Japan through the app or the official hotel reservation site, you can use points to offset the accommodation fees.
・You can also use points when making reservations for other people or when reserving multiple rooms.
・You can also use points for reservations for stays that are after the expiration date of the points used.

checkinWhen checking in

・If your reservation details include onsite payment, you can also use points when using the automatic payment machine at the hotel when checking in.
・Points may also be used for stays by people other than the member who earned the points.
・Points may also be used for reservations made through sites other than the official hotel reservation site.

Notes on the use of points

The period of point validity does not apply to the dates of stay but rather to when the points are available for use.



    【When making a reservation】
  • Even if the date of check-in will be after the period of point validity, you can still use points if the date that the reservation is made is within the period of validity.
    However, if you cancel or change your reservation after the period of point validity, the points will immediately become invalid.
    *If you cancel a reservation to which you applied points before the end of the period of point validity, the points will immediately be returned to you.

    • 【When checking in】
  • Points that expire on November 30, 2026, may be used for a stay of two nights beginning from November 30, 2026.
    However, please note that the points will be invalid if you arrive after 11:59 p.m.
    (Example) If you arrive at 12:30 a.m. on December 1, the points will have expired and will be unavailable for use.
  • When using points at an automatic payment machine
    Please note that only a single guest’s points may be applied to each room checked into, and points from multiple people may not be combined when checking into a single room.
