How to transfer your points

Points held under the old membership program (“old points”) can be transferred by enrolling in the new membership program and completing the point transfer procedure.(One old point (100 yen) is exchanged for 100 new points (100 yen)) .

Important points to note
when transferring points

  • ■Points may be transferred between December 1, 2024 and November 30, 2026.
  • ■You can transfer your points using any of the automatic payment machines installed at Daiwa Roynet Hotels nationwide (Excluding foreign hotels and resorts).
    *After enrolling in the new membership program, please be sure to bring your old membership card with you to the hotel to complete the transfer procedure.
  • ■Points may only be transferred once, and you are only able to transfer your own points.
  • ■The exchange rate for points is 1 old membership point = 100 yen and 100 new membership points = 100 yen.
  • ■Any use of old membership program points after transfer is subject to the terms and conditions of the new member program.
    Please also note that the points transferred will not count toward those needed to upgrade to a higher rank under the new membership program.
  • ■If you do not have a smartphone, you can also log in to My Page from the hotel's official website and use the printed 2D barcode to complete the transfer procedure.
  • ■Points transferred from the former membership program will expire on November 30, 2026, regardless of the date of transfer.
  • ■Old membership points expire 2 years after the last check-out date. Please transfer points within the expiration date of the old member points. Please note that if you transfer points after the expiration date, your old points will not be transferred.
  • ■Please note that you will not be able to transfer your points on or after December 1, 2026, and any remaining points will automatically become invalid.

The benefits of transferring points

If you transfer your points during the specified period (December 1, 2024 to March 31, 2026), you will be upgraded to the GOLD membership rank as a benefit.
*If upgraded to GOLD rank as a benefit of transferring points, the period of rank validity will end on March 31, 2026, regardless of the date of transfer.
The rank after April 1, 2026 will be based on the accommodation record at that time.

Select “I have an old membership card” at the automatic payment machine.

Read through the “Notes on the point transfer procedure.”

Insert your old membership card
*If you have not updated the printing on your old membership card, the actual number of points you have may differ.

Display the 2D barcode membership card on your smartphone and let the automatic payment machine scan.
*Even without a smartphone, you can still transfer points by registering as a member online using a PC, logging in to your account, and printing out your 2D membership barcode.

The old membership card will be printed as “Membership Transferred” and return to the menu screen.
*You can verify that the transfer is complete by logging into your account under the new membership program.
