Membership ranks are available based on your accommodation record
The three membership ranks––SILVER, GOLD, and DIAMOND––are based on your accommodation record over the course of one year (from January 1 to December 31).
The higher your membership rank, the more points you will earn and the more benefits you will be able to enjoy.
Duration of membership rank validity
Your rank for the period from April 1 of the following year to March 31 of the year after that (hereinafter the “period of the rank determined”) will be determined based on your accommodation record over a one-year period (January 1 to December 31).
Upgrade
You will be upgraded to the next rank as soon as you have earned enough points in a year (January 1 to December 31). (Hereinafter the period from the date of upgrade to the period of the rank determined (April 1 the following year) will be referred to as “the period prior to rank validity.”)
Once upgraded, the new rank will apply during both the period prior to rank validity and the period of the rank determined
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “period of rank validity”).
(Example)An example of upgrading from SILVER to GOLD by reaching a total of 3,000 points earned on May 15, 2025
Downgraded
If your accommodation record over the course of a year (January 1 to December 31) does not meet the criteria, your rank will be downgraded on April 1 the following year.
*It is also possible to be downgraded from DIAMOND to SILVER.

Earning
Points
- When you make a reservation through the official hotel reservation site or by phone, you will receive points for each 100 yen of the room charge (including tax). *1
- When you make a reservation through a travel agency or online reservation site, you will receive a uniform 200 points (per room, per night) regardless of the accommodation fee.
- Points are calculated at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
- For details regarding your points, you can log into your account and check under Point History.
- The points you earn will be reflected no later than two days after the date of check-out. *2
- Points expire two years after they were earned at the end of the same in which the date that they were earned falls (the date of accommodation).
- Points earned from upgrading expire at the end of the period of rank validity following the upgrade.
- Birthday points (for DIAMOND members only) Earned on the first day of the month before the month of your birthday. Valid until the last day of the month after the month of your birthday.
- 1 The rate at which you earn points differs by rank.
- 2 Points earned when staying for multiple nights will be reflected in a lump sum no later than two days after the date of check-out.
Please note that the expiration dates of the points depend on the day on which they were earned (the day of accommodation).
(Example) If staying for two nights from March 31 2025, the points earned for the two nights will be reflected together no later than April 4, 2025.
However, the points earned on March 31, 2025 will expire on March 31, 2027, and those earned April 1, 2025 will expire on April 30, 2027. - This membership program does not apply to hotels outside of Japan.

Your rank will be upgraded based on your accommodation record. Each rank also provides wonderful benefits.

If you continue to earn the points needed for your current rank (3,000 points for GOLD and 30,000 points for DIAMOND, respectively) each year, then you will automatically retain the same rank.
*Room upgrade benefits (for DIAMOND members only)
After upgrading to a DIAMOND membership, you will be able to use the room upgrade benefit two times (for two nights) within the period of rank validity.
To use the room upgrade benefit, please contact the [DIAMOND Member Service Counter] listed in your account (through the app or the official hotel reservation site).
(The page will not display unless you are a DIAMOND member.)
・Requests for a room upgrade must be made no later than 3 working days prior to the scheduled date of check-in. Please note that the hotel may not be able to comply with your request even if contacted directly.
・Please also note that the hotel may not be able to comply with your request based on room occupancy status.
・To cancel an upgraded reservation, please contact the DIAMOND Member Service Counter.
If you do not contact the Service Counter to cancel, the reservation will count toward the number of times (nights) that you are able to request an upgrade.
・DIAMOND Member Service Counter Reception Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and company holidays)
